Commissioning serious art has always been harder than it should be. Great painters are hard to find and harder to reach, and the process is often unclear. We built Sense + Machine to change that. Every artist here is hand-selected by our creative director, and every commission is guided from the first idea to the final brushstroke.
We don't run an open marketplace. We represent a few painters whose training, technique and exhibition history we know firsthand.
